Printing at OAAA

For the duration of the Spring Semester, the Office of African-American Affairs has implemented physical distancing guidelines to better assist your engagement and utilization of OAAA’s spaces in the midst of the pandemic. While we cannot go back to the way things were, one constant remains; the OAAA Deans and staff are committed to helping you navigate this school year and to reach your personal and academic goals.

To this aim, we have necessarily had to change the flow of traffic through our buildings. These changes, like in most spaces across the University, has resulted in a reduction of capacity and hours of availability.

One of the services that our office provides is free printing. In order to reduce the risk of exceeding the max capacity, the Office has created an email for you to send print requests.

The timeframe to send printing requests 9am-3:00pm. and pick up all printed requests is 10:00am-4:00pm. If any document is received after 4:00pm, it will be available the next business day. Any documents not picked up by 4:00 pm will be available for pick-up the next business day.

When picking up printed documents, please check-in with the front office and they will direct you to the alphabetized folders.

For questions, please call our main number (434-924-7923), or you can send an email to Ms. Carter (ddc6r@virginia.edu), Mr. Smith (jcs9cz@virginia.edu ) or Ms. Comfort (alc9r@virginia.edu )
